Holiday, continued

The Wednesday of our holiday started with a trip with Aunty Holly and Uncle Sam back to Ashton Gardens, where Ian and Sam in particular had a LOT of fun - probably more than Audrey did!

Meanwhile Team Sane (aka Audrey, Mama and Aunty Holly) had fun on the swings. We all like to have fun, but it's more fun when it's SAFE fun.

That evening we headed out to the beach. The sun was low and lush as we climbed over the sand dunes.

I love the light at this time of day. Combine it with the sand and the ebbing tide and you've got something really special.

We got to go on another little train, even though they had officially closed for the day, and this time she loved it!

 We explored the paths between the sand dunes, and found smooth, flat pebbles to take home.

So much beauty. I love that little Bea loves the beach.
