A Grand Day Out

We went to baby sensory class this morning, and Audrey learnt her first baby signs - sun, moon, stars, tired, milks, friends. We sang and played, and she had a wonderful time. There were lots of other babies there, but Audrey was the only girl. We sang twinkle twinkle little star and waved glowing lights in the air, and rang bells and wind chimes. Such a beautiful class.

This afternoon we went to our regular breastfeeding group and Audrey had a play about in the library. She does love it there (especially rearranging all the children's books - oops!).

We try to get out every day - to kindergym or baby sensory, to the library or the playground, or to visit the shelter. Audrey's favourite part is often the bus ride, especially if we get to sit upstairs.

She loves animals, so visits to the shelter are great fun.

Sometimes it's all a bit much, though, and she needs to have a little rest all wrapped up in Mama's coat.
Life is very rich right now.
